Bill Holowaty is joined by family members at the 2018 NEIBA (New England Intercollegiate Baseball Association ) Hall of Fame induction ceremonies May 31 prior to the 44th Annual NEIBA Senior All-Star Game at McCoy Stadium in Pawtucket, RI. Pictured from left are nephew Tristan Hobbes, wife Jan, Holowaty, and daughter Jennifer. Hobbes played four seasons (2006-09) under his uncle, helping the Warriors to four NCAA tournament berths and two New England Regional championships. The Hall of Fame induction is the fifth in the career of Holowaty, the winningest coach in New England history (1,404-525-7) who directed Eastern to 39 post-season tournaments and four national titles in 45 seasons between 1969 and 2013.
