The only four-year member of the team, senior Ryan Adams of Manchester closed out his cross country career by participating in the New England Regional Cross Country Championships for the third straight season. A team co-captain, Adams competed in his 19 consecutive race over the last three seasons at the regionals, clocking a 33:02 over the 8,000 meter Bowdoin College layout.
