Biography

Enrolled at Eastern in the fall of 2020 after two seasons at Division I Central Connecticut… as a freshman in 2019, was 7-8 with a 4.53 ERA and 65 strikeouts over 111 1/3 innings in 23 appearances with nine complete games in 16 starts for 17-24 team… as a freshman, shared the staff lead in wins and topped the staff in starts, complete games, and innings…  fielded at .972 with only one error on 36 chances… lost her only start and appearance in 2020…  as a freshman, was the starting pitcher and cleanup hitter in a 7-3 season-opening win at Norfolk State…  pitched a complete-game seven-hitter with three strikeouts in that game, where she contributed a seventh-inning RBI doubles, scored twice and also reached on a walk… also started the first game of the season-ending doubleheader in a 5-0 loss at LIU in Brooklyn, NY… allowed only two earned runs on six hits and a walk in five innings of that game… her final win came in her final home start in a complete-game seven-hitter (six singles) in an 8-1 win over Fairleigh Dickinson April 14…  reached all three times in that game with two hits and a walk, including a two-run home run in the second inning… as a freshman, batterymate of current teammate and catcher Carolyn Biel…

High School: Four-time Class “C” All-State selection and two-time All-Central New York Player-of-the-Year as a pitcher and hitter… led Comets two consecutive berths in the state semifinals… as a junior, won 16 games with a 0.73 ERA and 130 strikeouts in 105 innings, and batted .541…
