2026:

Indoor: Set a personal record in the 3000m (10:00.45) at the Wesleyan Alumni Indoor Invitational

Outdoor: Set personal records in three consecutive meets, running 16:57.68 in the 5000m, 4:23.44 in the 1500m, and 36:51.91 in the 10k

2025:

Indoor: Set a personal record in the 1000m at the Wesleyan Indoor Invite, running a time of 2:57.99

Outdoor: Set personal records in the 800m (2:11.89) and 1500m (4:35.77) in the Corsair Classic and Bonnie Edmonson Classic, respectively

Before Eastern: In high school, ran Cross Country and competed in Track & Field for four years each ... Member of three conference championship teams in cross country ... Freshman MVP in Cross Country ... In Track, competed in the 800 and 1600 meters and with the 4 x 800 meter relay ... As a senior in conference competition, won the 1600 and was second in the 3200 and was third as a junior in the 800 ...  Was MVP of  the 4x800 as a senior and MVP of the DMR as a junior ... Helped lead the 4x800 relay to conference gold medal ... As a junior and senior in track & field, helped the 4x800 relay and the team win conference championships.
