Above: Rich Vega of Hartford, a former three-time first-team All-Little East Conference selection and 2000 LEC tournament MVP, will become the program's first LEC Hall of Fame inductee in 2024. A member of the LEC 25th Anniversary Team in 2011, Vega was a 2014 inductee into the Eastern Athletics Alumni Hall of Fame. The six-foot guard graduated as the program's all-time leading scorer with 1,593 career points and currently ranks first in free throws made and attempted, second in steals, third in scoring, and fourth in assists. It will be the third Hall of Fame induction for Vega, who was a 2013 New England Basketball Hall of Fame inductee.
