Digby LudlowTransferred to Eastern in the spring of 2023 after running cross country and track & field at Plymouth State University in 2020/21...  in the 2021 LEC outdoor championships, ran the 1500 and 4x800 relay for Plymouth...

Before Eastern: Ran cross country for four years and track and field for three years in high school… in cross country, contributed to programs conference championship as a freshman… in track and field, primarily compete in the 1600m and 3200m events, and received the Jimmy Euel Award for outstanding effort as a junior, the Gene McGrath Coaches Award as a senior, and was All-Conference in the 4x800m as a senior… was named cross country team captain in 2020 and track and field captain in 2019 and 2020… Outside of High School Cross Country and Track: Transferred from Plymouth State University…

What is your favorite way to spend a lazy summer Sunday? Church service at REV and golf!
What’s your favorite thing about your hometown? 
My favorite part about Preston is how quiet and small the town is. I love the farming fields and the woods that surround the town especially during sunsets. Most importantly I love the community. Living in such a small town allows you to build a lot of great relationships and connections with families in the community. I feel very connected and attached to my routes and staying heavily involved in the town youth organizations and athletic programs. It is one of the most fulfilling things I do
