Outdoor: Set a personal record in the 200m (23.49) at the Wilton Wright Invitational ... Set a personal record in the 400m (51.30) at the LEC Outdoor Championships and was part of the winning 4x400m relay team (3:22.34) ... First Team All-LEC in the 4x400m relay

2024-25:

Indoor: Set a personal record in the 500m at the URI Invitational, running a time of 1:11.83 ... Set a personal record in the 600m at the LEC Championship, running a time of 1:27.57 ... Named to the Little East Conference Men's Indoor T&F Relay-of-the-Week on December 16 ... LEC All-Conference Third Team

Outdoor: Set personal records in the 200m (23.61) and 400m (51.91) at the Bonnie Edmonson Classic ... Member of the winning 4x400m relay (3:22.76) at the LEC Championship ... Named to the LEC All-Conference First Team

Before Eastern: Competed in the 200, 400, 800 meters and the 4 x 400 relay ... Also played football for all 4 years ... Won Athlete of the Year as a senior in track and field and made the Honor Roll.
