2026: LEC All-Academic Team

Indoor: Finished 4th in the 800m (2:00.57) and the 4x800m relay (8:24.24) at the LEC Indoor Championships

Outdoor: Won the 1500m at the Bonnie Edmondson Classic in a time of 4:05.06 ... Set personal records in the 800m (1:56.38) and the 1500m (4:01.97) ... Finished 2nd in the 1500m (4:03.60) and the 4x800m relay (8:02.65) at the LEC Outdoor Championships, including a 3rd place finish in the 4x800m relay (7:54.76) at the DIII New England Championships ... LEC Second Team All-Conference in the 1500m and the 4x800m relay

2025:

Indoor: Set a personal record in the mile at the URI Invitational, running a time of 4:38 ... Finished second in the 1000m at the LEC Championship, part of the 4x800m winning relay team ... Set a personal record in the 1000m at the New England DIII Indoor Championships, running a time of 2:35 ... 1000m time is the 5th fastest in school history ... Named to the Little East Conference Men's Indoor T&F Relay-of-the-Week on January 27 ... Made the LEC All-Rookie Team, along with All-Conference First and Second Team

Outdoor: Set personal records in the 1500m and 800m in back-to-back meets, running 4:07 and 1:58.74 respectively ... Finished third in the 1500m and the LEC Championship and part of the 4x800m winning relay team ... Holds a school record in the 4x800m relay, running a time of 7:52.95 at the New England D3 Outdoor T&F Championships ... Made the LEC All-Rookie Team and Third Team All-Conference for his 800m run at the LEC Championship ... Named to the LEC First Team All-Conference

Before Eastern: Ran Outdoor Track and Cross Country for four years and Indoor Track for two in high school … In Cross Country was awarded All-State in 2023, All-Conference in 2022-23, and Team MVP in 2023-24 … In Track primarily competed in the 800, 1600, 4x800, 1000, 600, 4x400, and SMR … Received All-State for indoor in 2023, All-Conference in 2023-24, and Team MVP 2023-24 … In Outdoor was a three-time All-Conference recipient and Team MVP in 2023-24 … Contributed to cross country team’s conference championship in 2020 and 2021 … Named cross country team captain in 2023 and outdoor track captain in 2024 … Academically was a member of the honor roll and three-year High Honor Roll recipient.
