Indoor:
- Set a personal record in the 1000m (2:39.84) at the URI Invitational
- Finished 3rd in the 800m (1:59.70) at the LEC Indoor Championships and was part of the 4th placed 4x800m relay (8:24.24) at the LEC Indoor Championships
- Third Team All-LEC in the 800m
Outdoor:
- Set a personal record in the 1500m (4:05.65) with a 3rd place finish at the LEC Outdoor Championships. Finished 2nd in the 4x800m relay (8:02.65) at the LEC Outdoor Championships, including a 3rd place finish in the 4x800m relay (7:54.76) at the DIII New England Championships
- Set a personal record in the 800m (1:54.98) at the DIII New England Championships
- Second Team All-LEC in the 800m and the 4x800m relay
- Third Team All-LEC in the 1500m

2025:
- Second year member of the program, received his second varsity letter
- Named to the Little East Conference All-Academic Team
- Received the ECSU Departmental Scholar Athlete Award
Indoor:
- Set personal records in the 600m (1:25.87), mile (4:46.50), and 800m (1:55.71) in consecutive meets, winning the 600 and the 800
- 800m time is the 5th fastest in school history
- Took 2nd in the 800m at the LEC Championship and was part of the winning 4x800m relay 
- Named to the Little East Conference Men's Indoor T&F Relay-of-the-Week on January 27
- Named to the LEC All-Conference First Team and Second Team
Outdoor:
- Set a personal record in the 1500m at the CGA Spring Invite, running a time of 4:09
- Won both the 800m and 4x800m relay at the LEC Championship
- Holds a school record in the 4x800m relay, running a time of 7:52.95 at the New England D3 Outdoor T&F Championships
- Named to the LEC All-Conference First Team

Before Eastern: Ran indoor and outdoor track and played football... in track, primarily ran 400 and 800 meters... track team's Most Improved athlete as a junior and Most Outstanding as a senior...
