Biography

Avonlea LeBeauTransferred to Eastern in the fall of 2024 after playing four seasons of lacrosse at Wheaton College... two-time All-New England Women's & Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) second-team midfielder had 147 goals, 24 assists, 171 points and program record 231 draw controls in a four-year career... started 55 of 60 matches in her career, seeing time in every possible match (season limited to six matches in 2021 due to Covid)... set program season record of 141 draw controls in 2024 which was fourth in New England Division III and tied for 14th nationally... 7.83 draws per match ranked fifth in New England and 18th nationally that year... had consecutive seasons of exactly 50 goals in each of her final two years (leading the team in that category each year), with a career-high 61 points and 11 assists and .536 shot percentage coming in 2023... helped Lyons to a 30-30 four-year record, 17-16 in the NEWMAC regular season... NEWMAC All-Academic each season...
