Harrison Mansfield was named an Assistant Coach, working as the Pitching Coach for the program starting in August 2026.
Mansfield came to Eastern Connecticut after spending two seasons as the Recruiting Coordinator and Assistant Baseball Coach at fellow Little East Conference team Rhode Island College, where he was in charge of recruiting and talent acquisition for the program, all aspects of fundraising, daily practice and game planning development, and camp and community involvement for the team.
Additionally, Mansfield serves as the Pitching Coordinator and Head Baseball Coach for Nokona Baseball, where he was responsible for helping assist with player development, which allowed them to increase their exposure with prospective colleges and universities. Since 2021, he has done private baseball instruction, organizing drills to enhance and mentor young baseball players looking to continue their growth in the sport.
Mansfield spent three years at the University of Rhode Island before transferring to Rhode Island College, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
