NEW HAVEN -- Senior Lee Cattanach ran to a fourth-place finish at 800 meters at the New England Open Championships Saturday at Southern Connecticut  State University. Cattanach's program-record time of 1:50.74 is the eighth-fastest time in Division III this year. Competing against runners from Divisions I, II and III, Cattanach finished behind only Paul Duffey from Northeastern University (1:49.07), Mitchell Black from Tufts University (1:49.20), and Trevor Guerrera from Sacred Heart University (1:49.92). Cattanach is expected to compete in national competition for the fourth time in his career May 26-28 at Wartburg College.
