HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – The Eastern Connecticut State University women's lacrosse team limited Bard College to one goal over the first 48 minutes and 24 players saw action in a 17-4 non-conference victory Wednesday morning.
Coming off its first loss of the season Monday at Hilton Head, Eastern (6-1) outshot Bard (0-7) 37-4 and got points from 12 different players.

Eastern hosts Kean University (0-4) Wednesday at 4 p.m. at Rick McCarthy Field. The Cougars were scheduled to host SUNY Maritime College Wednesday afternoon at Alumni Stadium. Kean has won all three games in the series, including 11-7 a year ago at Union, NJ. Kean won in overtime, 9-8, in the only meeting between the programs in Eastern's first intercollegiate season in 1996.
