Allegra Copeland (Beaumont, CA) combined for 42 kills and a .402 attack percentage to lead the Eastern Connecticut State University women's volleyball team to a non-conference sweep Saturday at Francis E. Geissler Gymnastics.
Scores were 25-19, 25-19, 25-21 against Worcester State University (1-6) and 25-13, 25-14, 25-15 against Bay Path University (1-3)
In winning its ninth straight in the series against Worcester, Eastern (5-1) got ten kills from both Praskievicz and Copeland, with Copeland attacking at .500 with just one error on 18 attempts. Senior

Sonya Nielsen (Waterford, WI) adding 17. Praskievicz led both teams with 16 digs, sophomore
Emerson Conigliaro (Wake Forest, NC) adding 12. Conigliaro was also perfect on 22 reception attempts and now has a .978 reception percentage (two errors on 91 attempts) on the season.

In six matches this year, Robinson has a team-leading 55 kills, Bridges 52 with a .311 attack percentage, and Praskievicz 47 kills; Squier has 126 assists and a team-leading 12 aces and Conigliaro a team-high 68 digs and Praskievicz 64.
