Earned the LEC honor for the fifth time in the last 11 reports and the NEWBA honor for the fourth time this year. In a 1-1 week against Little East Conference opponents, freshman wing Maddie Topa averaged 20 points on 51.6 percent shooting from the floor (6-of-12 from distance) and 5.5 rebounds with eight total steals, four assists and a blocked shot. In a 75-61 home win over Plymouth State University that  secured the No. 6 tournament seed, Topa helped the Warriors out of a 12-0 hole by scoring 20 points (4-of-7 from distance) with eight rebounds, six steals and three assists. In a 78-62 home loss to Keene State College, Topa had 20 points, three rebounds, two steals, an assist and a blocked shot. Through the 25-game regular season, Topa has appeared in every game and has started the last 21 in a row. She shares second place on the team in scoring (12.0)  and has a team-high 46 steals  and is second with 30 three-point field goals. Eastern (9-16) visits No. 3 Keene State College (17-8) in the first round of the LEC tournament Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
