 IRENE... REVEALED

If you did not have to sleep, what would you do with the extra time?
I would learn play a whole bunch of different songs on my guitar and listen to all the music I never have time to listen to.
What job would you be terrible at? An interpreter – foreign language is not exactly one of my strengths
What song have you completely memorized? Sadie Hawkins Dance (by Relient K)
What could you give a 30 minute presentation on with absolutely no preparation?
The countercultural Jesus Movement of the 1970s, between the hippie movement and the rise of The religious right (look it up, it’s fascinating!)
What would you rate a 10/10? Chocolate milk after a long run
What fad or trend do you hope comes back? Using MP3 players. You can’t beat them!
What is one thing do you really want but cannot afford? A nice Eastman or Martin acoustic guitar.
What question would you most like to know the answer to? In what way am I supposed
to make a difference in the world?
What dumb accomplishment are you most proud of? One time, I fit a dozen large grapes
in my mouth all at the same time. It was a choking hazard, though, so I don’t recommend it
What stereotype do you completely live up to? The serious student
What is one of your favorite smells? Campfire
What is something your friends would consider “so you”? Wearing sneakers to a formal event.
What gets you fired up? Music!
What irrational fear do you have? I am afraid of the ocean. Nothing in there is really going to hurt me, but it really bothers me that I can’t see what’s in there, especially without my glasses.
What was the most memorable gift you received? My parents gave me my guitar for Christmas when I was in eighth grade. Receiving it wasn’t super memorable, but it led to the creation of so many awesome memories that I think it counts!
What stat for your life would you most like to see? I’d like to know how many times I’ve made a typo, gone back to fix it, and still typed it incorrectly
Which one of your scars has the best story behind it? I don’t have any good stories for my scars. My best story is probably that I have a scar on my hand from climbing a tree (not very exciting).
What is the worst and best thing about getting older? Best: I have more independence and can go out into the world and do things on my own, make my own decisions, etc.Worst: Noticing and being aware of the bad stuff that happens in the world
What childish thing do you still enjoy? Swings!
What is your spirit animal? Deer
What is your pet peeve? People who are mean to other people, especially for no reason
