High School: Competed in track & field for four years in middle distance, relays and in the steeplechase... also ran cross country for three seasons after playing soccer as a freshman...  four-year member of the All-Academic Team who received the Coach's Award as a senior in track and won the steeple at the Manchester JI meet that year... team MVP as a senior in cross country...
