2026: LEC All-Academic Team

Indoor: Threw 10.55m (34-7.5) in the weight throw at the URI Invitational

Outdoor: Set a personal record in the hammer throw at the Wilton Wright Invitational with a mark of 30.45m (99-11) ... Set a personal record in the javelin throw at the LEC Outdoor Championships with a mark of 28.40m (93-2)

2024-25:

Indoor: Set personal records in the shot put (7.58m/24'10.5) and the weight throw (10.82m/35'6), both at the CGA Bear Invite

Outdoor: Set personal records in the hammer throw and javelin in back-to-back weeks, with throws of (27.61m/90'7) and (27.74m/91'0) respectively

Before Eastern: Competed in javelin and shotput ... Ran track and cross country for 3 years ... Won 2023 conference javelin championship ... Helped lead track & field team to two conference championships, and the 2022 cross country title.
