Mike GrantMike Grant returned to the staff under head coach Mike Odenwaelder in 2023 after a ten-year absence.

In his first stint, Grant served as assistant coach and interim head coach under Hall of Fame coach Bill Holowaty on a team which won 30 games, compiling a 10-4 record and finishing second in the Little East Conference.

A Glastonbury native, Grant's extensive coaching resume dates back 25 years. In that span, he has served as head coach for three American Legion teams and at Glastonbury, Somers and (most recently) The Morgan School and as assistant coach in the Futures Collegiate Baseball League (FCBL) and at the high school level.

Grant played three seasons of high school baseball at Penney High School in East Hartford, where he was a captain and first-team all-conference selection on the 1983 Class "LL" state championship team. He went on to play as a post-graduate at Wilbraham & Monson Academy (MA) -- where he was an All-Western New England first-team selection -- and at Stonehill College in 1985.
