Kolby Maney joins the staff of third-year head coach as an assistant coach.
Maney will run the box during games and will work with the goalies and with the faceoff specialists.
A native of Stafford Springs, Maney brings collegiate coaching experience through his time with the Nichols College men’s lacrosse team.  Maney had the opportunity to coach athletes through drills and techniques through team practices. He also worked on the analytical side of lacrosse, spending time editing game film of practice and games at Nichols.
Most recently, Maney was a seasonal shift leader at Flex Appeal, a small gym in Stafford. He was also the vice president of campus recreation sports at Nichols and the director of internal operations. Maney was able to give opportunities to non-student athletes who wanted to play sports in a less competitive setting.
A former football player at Stafford High School, Maney has experience in the hockey and basketball industries. During his time with the Worcester Railers, a professional hockey club in Worcester, MA, Maney helped with the gameday operations side of sports. He worked with the Milwaukee Bucks sales team, competing in sales competitions and making valuable connections in the NBA industry.
Maney graduated from Nichols College in 2025 with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration/Sport Management.
