Before Eastern: In high school, competed in track & field, soccer, and a season of basketball... primary track events were the 110m hurdles, 300m hurdles, 400m, and 4x400m relays... in track, was named Team MVP in his junior year... as a senior, was All-Conference in the 300m hurdles and 4x400m relay, score 18+ points and earning All-State recognition... captained his track team in his final 2 years... as a team, class champions in his sophomore year and runners-up his senior year... in soccer, class champions his freshman year and runners-up in his junior year...
