- First year member of the program, received his first varsity letter
Indoor:
- Won the 200m at the CGA Bear Invite with a time of 23.21
- Set a personal record in the 60m at the LEC Championship, running a time of 7.12
- Named Little East Conference Men's Indoor T&F Rookie Track Athlete-of-the-Week on December 16
- Made the Little East Conference All-Rookie Team
Outdoor:
- Set a personal record in the 200m at the Corsair Classic, running a time of 22.43
- Member of the winning 4x100m relay team at the Bonnie Edmonson Classic

Before Eastern: In high school, ran track and field and played football for 4 years. School’s Most Outstanding Male Athlete as a junior and senior year and track team’s Most Improved as a junior. All-conference at 100 and 200 meters as a junior and senior. Three-time team captain in track and football and team MVP in football as a senior.
