Mark BoudreauBefore Eastern: In high school, was part of the track & field and football teams, primary track events were the shot put, discus, and long jump... named the Oxford Thrower of the Year in 2022... came 3rd in the discus at his conference championship in 2023, finishing 6th in his class meet in the same year... captained his track & field team in 2022 and 2023... received the Academic Presidential Award... spent 2023-24 at CT State Community College

What’s your favorite memory from school (prior to Eastern)? Driving in on the day of track meets and listening to the rocky theme song
Favorite smell: Warm chocolate chip cookies
If you had to delete all but three apps from your smartphone, which three would you keep? Messages, Instagram, and Apple Music
What’s the most exciting thing you’ve ever done? I traveled up the coast of California when I was a freshman in high school
If you could have an endless amount of one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be? Endless Money
What is your favorite way to spend a lazy summer Sunday? Getting ice cream at my favorite ice cream place in my hometown
Where have you traveled that you would NOT want to revisit? I don’t think I’ve ever gone anywhere that I wouldn’t go back to
If you won the lottery, who would you call first? My mom
If you could have any talent or skill in the world, what would it be? The ability to play any instrument
If you could have any view from your backyard, what would it be? I actually already have a very nice view of the sunset from my backyard
What’s the best prank you’ve ever pulled? I have never really been a prankster
What’s your favorite thing about your hometown? It’s safe. I never had to worry about violence or crimes growing up
What strange food combination do you enjoy? Pork chops and apple sauce
If you could be any age for a week, what age would it be? 21
If you could be famous for one thing, what would it be? Music or Writing
If you could instantly become an expert in any subject, what would it be? Anatomy and Physiology (That class is very hard)
What subject are you already an expert on? Track and Field throwing events
What’s the largest animal that you think you could win a fight against? Maybe like a bobcat or a mountain lion if I had time to prepare
If you had to stash a giraffe away from the government, where would you put it? Airplane Hangar (If I had one)
Hardest thing you’ve ever done in your life: Continue to try even when it is hard
Closest brush with greatness: Being here and trying to get an education while doing a sport that I love
Amount of weekly allowance you would give to your children: Not much if any
Biggest crisis facing America: Obesity and political division amongst the middle and lower classes
Your favorite moment of all time (not necessarily sports-related): When I discovered my love for track

World’s most despicable person: Gru
Something that you tried once but would never do again: Eat cheesecake (I don’t know how anyone likes it)
