2026: LEC All-Academic Team

Indoor: Finished 5th in the 3000m (11:46.28) at the CGA Bear Invite

Outdoor: Set personal records in the 800m (2:52.06) and the 1500m (5:30.44) at the CGA Invitational

2025: LEC All-Academic Team

Indoor: Set a personal record in the 5000m at the LEC Championship, running a time of 20:09

Outdoor: Set personal records three weeks in a row, first in the 1500m (5:33), then the 10k (42:29), and finally the 3000m (11:40)

Before Eastern: Ran high school Cross Country and Indoor/Outdoor Track … In Track, primarily competed in the 4x800, 1600, 3200, and 1000 … In Cross Country, was named All-State and team MVP as a senior, was also named All-Conference in cross country as a sophomore, junior, and senior … In Indoor Track was named All-Conference as a junior and senior … In Outdoor Track was named All-Conference as a junior … In Track, contributed to team’s outdoor conference championship as a junior, indoor conference championship as a senior, Journal Inquirer outdoor championship as a  junior, and Ellington Invitational championship as a junior … Was named team captain of the cross country program as a senior … Academically received the NCCC Scholar Athlete Award all four years, CIAC Scholar Athlete Award as a senior, Athletic Director’s Honor Roll, Childhood Education Award, Rensselaer Award, Yale Club and Scholarship Foundation of Hartford Award, High Honor Roll, Florence Whitlock Award, and was the Salutatorian.
