Men's Soccer: Warriors Look to Rebound vs. Falcons in Non-Conference Match

Team Records:

Eastern: 5-3-0
Fisher: 5-2-1

Series History: This will be the fourth meeting between the Warriors and Falcons. Last time these two teams met, the Warriors came away with the 3-2 win to extend their win streak against Fisher to three. All three times these teams have met so far have been decided by one goal. In 2022 and 2023, the Warriors won by scores of 1-0 and 4-3, respectively. This is the third time in four games the Warriors have hosted the Falcons. Eastern has outscored the Falcons, 8-5, all-time in the series.

Game Preview: The Warriors are looking to bounce back from their first home loss this season on Senior Day this past Saturday against Trinity College, which snapped Eastern's three-game win streak going into the match. That tied the Warriors' longest regular season win streak since 2022, and was the longest win streak overall since winning four straight, including a first-round victory over rival Keene State College in the 2022 LEC tournament. When Fisher and Eastern met last, the Warriors snapped an eight-game losing streak, defeating Fisher 3-2. In that match, Eliot Melgar scored two of the Warriors' three goals, and assisted on the third Warrior goal by Noah Page, who scored his third goal of the season at that time. Jack Harmon also made five saves in the second half, recording his first collegiate win in his fourth career appearance. Lex Edwards and Niall O'Brien played the entire match for the Warriors, and Sebastian Kadlof picked up an assist on Melgar's first goal. Eastern has outscored its opponents 17 to 11, despite being outshot 116 to 87 so far this season.
