A former seven-time LEC champion, Eastern's second-place finish was its second-best since the Warriors won six straight titles between 2002 and 2007. Eastern's last title came in 2021, the Warriors placing third last year.

Noteable
- Aidan Hennessy became the first Eastern male to win the high jump, first since Greg Dinas in 2007. As a freshman in 2021, Hennessy was the triple jump champion.
- Ryan Escoda became Eastern's first male or female double winner of an individual event since All-America Lee Cattanach won the 800 and 1500 in 2016
- Ryan Escoda is the program's only male winner of the 3000m Steeplechase, which he won for the third time this year. He improved his time each year, from 10:11.71 in 2021 to 9:49.69 in 2022 to 9:37.95 this year. He holds the program record of 9:35.38, which he set at the 2021 New England Open.
- Ryan Escoda became Eastern's first male winner of the 5000 since Pat Dennen in 2004. Escoda and Dennen are the program's only 5000 winners.
- The 4x100 relay won the title for the second time in four years, following the winning 2019 squad of Nick Afragola, Nicklas Brink, Tyler Lindquist and All-America Rahman Oteng.
Records
- Tyler Wright broke the 10,000 record set by Jorich Swift (33:29.69) at last year's LEC Championshps with a time of 33:25.55, good for a fourth-place finish.
- The 4x100 relay's winning record time of 42.15 bested a nine-year old record of 42.37 set at the New England Division III Championships in 2014.
- Ryan Escoda broke his own record in the 5000 which he had set at the Eastern Invitational in 2021. Escoda was timed in 15:09.96 this year, eclipsing his previous best of 15:28.05
Among LEC competitors
- The 4x100 relay's record time of 42.15 and Ryan Escoda's record time of 15:09.96 in the 5000 are the fastest in the LEC this year. Other top marks in the LEC this year from the championship meet: Adam Schimmelpfennig in the 400 hurdles (57.02) and the 4x800 relay (8:26.43) are the second-fastest, Aidan Hennessy's mark of 44-0 ½ in the triple jump and the 4x400 relay's time of 3:27.84 are the third-best, Conor Hennessy's 21-11 ¾ in the long jump, Noah Linton's 10:26.78 in the 3000 steeplechase, Cory Bill's 49.81 in the 400 and Kaito Yasuda's 22.15 in the 200 are the fourth-best.

Eastern finished second to 23x team champion University of Southern Maine, placing second for the fourth time in the last  five years after finishing as high as second only once in the first 21 years of the championship.

Noteable
- Sophomore Alison LeClerc won the 3000m Steeplechase for the second time in two years, giving Eastern that champion for the third time in four years. Haley Knox had become Eastern's first female champion in that event in 2019.
- Mackenzie Dunn became the first Eastern female – fourth in all -- to win the triple jump since Monica Mills in 2008. Summer Williams won the event in both 1999 and 2001.

Alyssa Sirianni's time of 1:08.01 in the 400 hurdles broke Monica Mills' 13-year-old record by .03 seconds. Sirianni improved her time in the event each time out this year, from 1:09.73 at Wesleyan March 26 to 1:08.98 at Coast Guard April 8. Sirianni's time of 15.56 in the 100 hurdles is .02 shy of Brittany Kriley's program record, set at the LEC Championships in 2021.

Mackenzie Dunn's winning triple jump of 35-7 ½ top the conference this year. Other top marks in the LEC this year from the championship:

Natasha Frisch's jump of 9-8 in the pole vault is the third-best. Frisch did not compete indoors due to her participation in the swim program but has cleared nine feet in each of the last two meets. Her mark at the LEC meet is just a foot shy of the program record shared by Amy Huhn and Erika Barber.
