Biography

Dylan Scudder2023: Only ‘true’ freshman to see significant innings… second only to Matthew Wootton with 11 starts and third on the staff with 50 innings… was 6-2 with a 4.32 ERA, 46 strikeouts and 32 walks… in his first career start and appearance Feb. 26 at Virginia Wesleyan University, allowed only one single in four shutout innings… pitched at least five innings in five of his last eight starts… did not give up a home run in his final seven seven starts… fanned six with only one walk in five innings that gave the Warriors an 8-5 win at No. 1 seed Rhode Island College May 12 and move Eastern to within one victory of the Little East championship… took a 3.42 ERA into his final start in the third round of the NCAA regionals…

High School:  Played pitcher, right-field and third base as a two-year starter… member of the diving team for three years and qualified for states all three years...
