Patrick J. Ammendolia '03 was a four-year regular and three-year starter on teams which won four straight conference championships without a loss and qualified for four straight post-season tournaments between 2000 and 2003. One of the nation’s premier long-stick midfielders, Ammendolia was named to the USILA Division III All-America, NEILA All-New England and All-Little East Conference teams in each of his final two seasons. With Ammendolia, Eastern was 54-12 overall, 31-1 in conference play, including 24-0 in conference regular-season action. As a senior tri-captain, Ammendolia was additional recognized as a first-team All-New England pick by the ECAC and named to the NEILA East-West Senior All-Star Game. On teams which dominated regional competition during his career, Ammendolia played at least one season with all five current Alumni Hall of Famers. Ammendolia ranks sixth all-time in career ground balls (second at time of graduation) and holds two of the program’s top 18 and three of the top 30 season ground ball totals. Ammendolia teaches physical education and serves as head boys’ lacrosse coach at his alma mater, Acton-Boxboro Regional High School and resides in Nashua, NH with his wife, Courtney, and young son.
